The Guna bypass is a project that is very close to Jyotiraditya’s heart. One of the first projects that he fought hard to get implemented on the ground, this took off after a group of students lay on the ground blocking Jyotiraditya’s convoy during a visit to Guna just after he began his term as an MP. The students were protesting the number of road accidents and subsequent deaths that took place due to a lack of a bypass around Guna due to the NH3-Agra-Mumbai highway.
