Beyond improving the infrastructure and providing basic amenities and requisites in Shivpuri, Jyotiraditya is passionate about alleviating the more entrenched social problems through innovative projects. The root of this issue lies in a disconnect in the current education system, between the demand for jobs and the skills gained from the education system.
Jyotiraditya is passionate about making Shivpuri a hub for high quality education. He was instrumental in the establishment of the first Engineering College of NTPC (investment of Rs. 120 Crore) and a Medical College in Shivpuri (investment of Rs. 185 Crore) and a training centre of the National Power Training Institute (investment of Rs. 70 Crore).
Jyotiraditya was also sanctioned a project to provide water to the Shivpuri town from the Madikheda dam under the Urban Infrastructure Development Scheme for Small and Medium Towns (UIDSSMT) scheme of the Government.
